We are seeking a highly motivated, enterprise minded individual with a focus on customer development plan to be based in our Shanghai – Greater China for our new 2020 Commercial delegation start up.
The role may include direct/indirect supervisory function of other employees with excellent career opportunity.
The Business Development function is responsible for the development and growth of sales for the assigned area/s; shares the responsibility of the trade P&L together with the GCA Management in Hong Kong and Corporate in Italy.
Has an active role in the budget processes for the area of competence.
Contributes to the Product/Service adjustment and/or creation based on experience and market needs in close cooperation with the Product Managers in Italy
Gives strong contribution to Italy Product Managers: rates negotiation, Shipping Lines to be used and taylor-made solution services to be proposed to clients.

ü Hit sales quotas and goals as outlined by the Country Managers
ü Agrees and travel to assigned areas to secure new businesses and deep sell existing customer base
ü Coordinates sales/prices/service requirements among local sales, GCA Mngmt in Hkg and Italy.
